What CXPA Attendees Learned
The Customer Experience Professionals Association (www.cxpa.org) held its first Member Insights meeting in Boston last week (10/19-20/2011). 160 attendees from about ten countries attended to form the organization, align its operating committees, and deliver a great first impression to members.
Anyone who works as a practitioner in the field should consider joining (in my humble opinion). It’s a great value for $195/year.
