  1. AT&T’s customer support over the phone is horrendous and getting worse. They now ask you to navigate through their phone menu, only to be told they’ll call you back in an hour. What if I’m not available in an hour? In addition, they don’t hesitate to leave you on hold for 15-20 minutes at a time. I’m in the process of voting with my feet and breaking my contract with AT&T.

    Cancelled DSL service with AT&T Jan 1. I’ve been billed for it every month since. Every month I call to have incorrect charges removed and get credit. Every month they apologize, give me a reference number and tell me problem is fixed. Today I got my new bill from them with a new charge for DSL service. I’m livid. I canceled this because U-verse was not available at my location and switch to cable internet. It has been a big improvement but I had planned to switch back to them as soon as U-verse became available. No way will I do that now. I’m going to cancel my phone with them now also and switch to all VOIP telephone and cancel my land line as well. Thinking of filing an FCC complaint as well.
