This presentation was delivered in January of 2010 as the capstone of an undercover shopper engagement with Jim Ellis, a multi-brand, family-owned, Atlanta-based automotive dealership. Before the presentation, we went undercover as shoppers at two Jim Ellis stores as well as at the competition. Those insights helped us determine how to make specific improvements to the Jim Ellis promise “Expect The Best”. The idea was (and is) to continue to raise the bar on the competition. Ideas were piloted in one or two stores, then rolled out to others.

Jim Ellis was one of our favorite brands to work with in 2010 because their people truly are sincere and ernest about what they do, how they do it, and why. They are centered on their values and, through leadership by example, they have honestly differentiated their experience and their brand.
