This is an awareness building event for a client’s professional staff. They will get an introduction to customer experience as business design and customer experience as strategy. They will hear about the Storymining® Process and learn about some of the world’s best customer experiences from a designer’s point of view.

Keeping employees up-to-speed is an important part of the transformation process. If you expect your employees to do new things in new ways, you’ve got to keep them informed and give them the best possible tools (and permission) to make the changes you seek!
