Customer experience design is a discipline of deliberately creating interactions based on the wants, needs, and limitations of customers.

    Stumbled on this link after posting a question on the CXPA forum. How is Customer Experience Design different from Service Design (as put forth by Service Design Network). I would like to hear your thoughts.
