I used Skype to deliver “Crafting an Elite Customer Experience” to an executive group assembled by Marcus Evans in Sydney, Australia from my office in Atlanta, Georgia. It’s the first major event I’ve relied on Skype for and it did remarkably well.
Attendees gained insights into how brand leaders use customer experience to differentiate their brands—on purpose and by design.
